1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FrameFast, including the website at framefast.app, the FrameFast web editor, the FrameFast REST API, and the FrameFast MCP server (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Lino Ti Inc., a corporation registered in Quebec, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
FrameFast helps you generate App Store and Google Play screenshots. Inputs include your screenshot images and caption text; outputs are rendered PNG files at the sizes you request. We provide three integration paths: a web editor, a REST API, and an MCP server for AI assistants.
We may add, modify, or remove features. Material reductions to paid-tier feature sets are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
3. Account and eligibility
You need a valid email address to use the paid tiers. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are using FrameFast on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your magic-link email and API key secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate screenshots that are illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
- Generate sexually explicit material, content involving minors, or non-consensual deepfake imagery
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in a way that interferes with normal operation
- Resell the Service or wrap it in a competing screenshot generator without a separate written agreement
- Submit content that violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play's policies, or applicable advertising laws
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party agreement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or severe violations result in termination without refund.
5. Pricing and payment
FrameFast is offered on three tiers:
- Free: 1 export per day, watermarked output, limited templates. No payment required.
- Starter, $29 USD one-time: 10 exports per day, 10 API and MCP calls per day, all templates and device frames, no watermark.
- Pro, $79 USD one-time: unlimited exports, unlimited API and MCP calls, all templates and device frames, Studio Rendering, no watermark, priority rendering.
Starter and Pro are one-time payments, not subscriptions. They grant access to the listed features for the lifetime of the account, subject to these Terms. Pricing displayed on framefast.app at the time of purchase prevails. Pricing may change for new purchases; existing purchases are not re-billed.
Daily-rate limits (10 exports per day on Starter) reset at 00:00 UTC. Payment is processed by our payment processor (see the Privacy Policy), and applicable taxes are added at checkout.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. After the 30-day window, purchases are final unless required otherwise by law.
7. Your content and license
You retain ownership of every screenshot, caption, and other input you submit (your "Content"). You grant Lino Ti Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your Content solely to operate the Service (render screenshots, deliver outputs, provide support, detect abuse).
We do not use your Content to train AI models. We do not sell your Content. We do not display your Content to other users without your written permission.
Generated outputs you create with FrameFast are yours to use under the App Store and Google Play submission, marketing pages, and ad campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring the underlying screenshots and any text you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible. Unscheduled downtime is repaired as quickly as we can. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be free of defects, that outputs will meet your requirements, or that the Service will comply with any specific App Store rule. You are responsible for confirming that generated screenshots meet Apple's and Google's submission guidelines before publishing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lino Ti Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lino Ti Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, or demand arising from your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively before the courts located in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms when the Service changes. Material changes are announced by email to active accounts at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change date means you accept the revised Terms.
